Barcelona is always a good idea

"Barcelonaaaaaaaa!". Just like Freddy Mercury and Montserrat Caballé shouted it out at the 1992 Olympics. Our precious gift of a city.

Barcelona is everything to us. Barcelona has mountains. Barcelona has the sea, the beach. Barcelona has the old roman walls, squares and streets. Barcelona has culinary magnificent places, from it's many Michellin star restaurants to small fluorecent lighted typical tapas places. Barcelona has it's world known artists such as Gaudi and adopted son of Barcelona Salvador Dali. Of course Barcelona has the best soccer team in the world, FC Barcelona or just Barça. 

But above all Barcelona has it's people. 

Strolling down the Ramblas or sitting up Montjuich.

Whether you are enjoying a long walk from Plaza Catalunya or Passeig de Gracia, all the way down the Ramblas untill you reach the old harbour of Port Vell, or for a moment perhaps take a step into el Borne with it's fine little streets or continue to the beaches of Port Olimpic. Barcelona has so much.
